My MRI Report States: There Is Partial Lumbarisation Of S1

My MRI report states:
There is partial lumbarisation of S1 with a rudimentary S1/2 disc space.
The conus terminates at the lower aspect of L1 and has a normal appearance.
No significant facet joint pathology is seen. No abnormal bone marrow
signal seen.
There are mild posterior disc bulges seen at the lower two lumbar levels,
more marked at L5/S1 where there is a small associated left posterior
paracentral disc annular tear. No other significant disc pathology seen.

Please advice me on the treatment
Regards
K Sharma
