My Ct Scan Showed Global Parenchymal Atrophy Is Present. No

My Ct scan showed Global parenchymal atrophy is present. No acute intracranial process. Periventricular white matter has normal attenuation. No soft tissue abnormalities are identified. What does this mean? I am a 27 year old, healthy female. I have a history of anxiety and thyroid disease. That's it. No family history of any major illnesses. I am a little concerned about the Global Parenchymal atrophy.
