My 88 Year Old Father Had An MRI Due To

My 88 year old father had an MRI due to a brain bleed from a fall. I'm not sure what the following statements mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is moderate cerebral and cerebellar atrophy. There is secondary prominence of trhe CSF spaces and ventricular system. Moderate to advanced chronic cereral white matter microvascular changes are present.
