My 8 Month Old Son Had Labs Done. They Showed

My 8 month old son had labs done. They showed SGPT (ALT) of 49, with the upper limit being 29 according to the lab. All other liver function, and bilirubin were normal. Albumin was slightly elevated at 4.8, but I thought that might just be that the tourniquet was on for awhile. The bone age x-ray showed him at a 3 month level instead of his chronological age. What do these results indicate if anything? He is not growing appropriately, weight, height, and head circumference. He also has a level of developmental delay.
