My 20 Year Old Daughter Goes To School In Georgia

My 20 year old daughter goes to school in Georgia and she flew home for Xmas to Colorado. About a week after being home she experienced heavy tight chest and heart palpitations. We went to doctor and they hooked her up to a heart monitor for 24 hours about three weeks later we finically get a preliminary report saying within a 24 hour period. She had 7 episodes of fast heart rate all lasting about 10-15 seconds except one was 21/2 minutes long Heart rate about 150. Normally she is about 80-90. Well that lasted a few days and stopped. That was about a week ago. And two days ago it started again with the tight chest. She just flew back from Colorado to Georgia. And it stopped for a day but now it's doing it again. She is currently on eliquis and 5mg of oral pretnisone and has had rituximab infusion back in mid December for IGG4 Do you know why this is happening with a tight chest ?? No cold or cough either
