My 19 Year Old Daughter Fell While Climbing A Few

My 19 year old daughter fell while climbing a few days ago. She didn't hit her head but landed on her neck. We figured she sustained a concussion - dizziness, light sensitivity, nausea. The symptoms are not getting better and now she has an odd, firm bump at the base of her head near her neck ( right side ). It was soft at first but now hard. It is painful to touch and about the size of a ping pong ball halved, and has a pulse. She is worried also about her nose dripping off and on all day (clear) but it could be a cold. She has an appointment with a chiropractor tomorrow that knows her history. My question is this - should we take her to the ER because of this weird, painful bump that developed today?
