My 18 year old son was chewing on a plastic water bottle cap, its a habit of his, and accidentally swallowed the chewed cap. Typically the chew cap is about an inch long and a half inch in diameter. Under normal circumstances we wouldnt think much of it and would think it would pass on its own . Unfortunately the circumstances are far from normal, he had a Rulon-Y gastric bypass 12.5 months ago so his stomack is about the size of his fist. He feels its already passed thru his stomach. We are waiting onna call. Ack from his surgeon. What are your thoughts
