My 16 year old dughter has recently developed bump that look like mosquito bites on the palms of her hands and the balls of her feet. The bumps are itchy, red, swollen when she wakes, and they cause her moderate pain. She was seen at an urgent care clinic on Friday, Apr 17 and was prescribed a strong steroid cream to use twice a day. There is only minor improvement. I am trying to get her to a dermatologist but appointments are far out. Any ideas?
