Is Stomach Ache Along With Dizziness And Brown Spots On The Face A Matter Of Concern?

My 16 year old daughter was just hospitalized for 2 days (& released 2 days ago) for severe abdominal pain. She was given morphine twice and was still screaming. Her pancreatic levels were 1100. Which I was told was 4 times what they were supposed to be. She was given dilaudid once admitted & the pain started to get better after 2 days they said her levels were back to normal and the did a Ct and said her gallbladder was normal but stated that they could find no reason for her pancreatic levels so she was released. She is still having some mild stomach pain, dizziness and brown/purple looking spots on her face and above her lip. Just wondering if I should be worried (I am) or if this is common

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have not specifically mentioned which they performed (Pancreatic level) as long as the history is given here I could say that it could be biliary colitis stone condition of gall bladder need to be ruled out, if the CT scan is normal one then abdominal pain could be due to some functional elements, or it could be due to dyspepsia, what kind of pancreatic level you are talking about will be appreciated if you could give in detail hope this information, helps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
