My 12 Year Old Has Had Severe Bouts Of Abdominal

My 12 year old has had severe bouts of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting sometimes with diarrhea sometimes without. Last night was the worst one yet. The only answer we ever got was probably abdominal migraines. Anyways went to er it was so bad. His alkaline phosphatase was 587 u/l. His rbc was 5.86 and his hemoglobin was 14.5. His glucose was 113 anion gap was 12 and his Creatinine was .46 they also did his urine test it just said cloudy and had squamous epithelial cells. I'm assuming that's skin cells. Those were the abnormal results. My biggest concern is that alkaline phosphatase. What could this indicate with the symptoms especially. He had about 10 rounds of vomiting that morning and severe pain. Then throughout the day pain that was just there but not as severe and then after he ate a bowl of cereal and some French fries from Wendy's it got so intense to the point he couldn't stop screaming in pain for hours. We tried all the meds for abdominal migraines we were given years ago Benadryl, Zofran and Ibuprofen. Then tried gas x incase it was gas and nothing worked. The pain was lower right abdomen and upper right abdomen. His xray also showed a large black area right where the pain was in the lower right area. And once thus "attack" stopped the pain was still there but just sort of achy and left over as he put it pretty much the whole right side and towards center. Everything I've found say that the high alkaline phosphatase is either biliary in nature, liver disease or bone disease. Is it possible a 12 year old could have chronic gallbladder issues and he had a stone passing or dyskenisa? My mom had a gallbladder removal dye to biliary colic and alot of stones and sludge and I had mine out because it was basically no longer functioning and had chronic inflammation. What should I say to his Dr on the 4th? I think he needs an ultrasound and I'm worried they won't take me serious or think I'm crazy thinking my 12 year old has an issue with his gallbladder. And if it's not that what else could cause such a high result and pain? I do have his abdominal xray if needed. Thanks for any thoughts.
