Mother Has A 6 Hear History Of Microscopic.hematuria. Recently Seen

Mother has a 6 hear history of microscopic.hematuria. Recently seen three pin sized specks of blood when she wiped after urinating. During her routine three months that check up they did a dip stick test where rbc/wbc were both present. A week later they did another where hardly any rbc/wbc were present. This week another one was performed where very little wbc were present, and a significant amount of rbc were present. SIMPLE was then sent off for a urinalysis. All fields cMe back normal except for occult blood 50 ery/ul and rbc 3-10.
Mother was put on two different blood thinners a year ago after a heart attack. Could this not be the reason for the increase in bleeding get from the previous existing hematuria?
