Hi Welcome to healthcare magic ,
You need not worry thats completely normal in babies , it takes atleast a year for them i.e lacrimal glands to develop normally so u still can wait for another 4-5 months and still if not able to produce tears then can have an opthalmological consultation.

My son just left the emergency room. They gave him some medicine to take for swollen glands in his face. They asked that he not eat because the saliva may cause increase swelling. It is very cold here. Could the cold weather be the cause or what could you tell me? How can I help him to be comfortable?
Hi, my name is Eugenie I hope you can help me. My friend son had a swollen gland near his ear and groin area for a couple of weeks, she took him to the doctor and a full blood test was taken, the results came back with slightly elevated white cells and positive lymphoma markers could this be an indication of lymphoma? Many thanks.
