MRI Of The Lumbosacral Spine Shows Minimal Annular Relaxation Of

MRI of the lumbosacral spine shows minimal annular relaxation of L4-L5 and to lesser extent L3-L4&L5-S1 slightly encroaching on the anterior thecal aspect and partly attenuating the neural recesses and foraminae more on the left at all levels specially L4-L5 there is a presence of tiny schmorl's nodes
20 years old male suffers from pain in the lower portion of the backbone with numbness in the left leg and pain while long walks and sleeping
Had a course of treatment for 45days ( lyrolin 75mg once daily - neuroton 3 times daily - thioctacid 600mg twice daily -flector 50mg 3 times daily )
Had Physiotherapy for 8 session as pain relief measures
What do you suggest as a treatment! ?
