Lump Near Anus, Tender, Sore To The Touch, Discomfort Sitting, Hurts To Wipe. Have IBS

Hi this is embarrassing but I have a small lump near my anus which is tender and sore to the touch. I have some discomfort sitting and it hurts to wipe. It doesn t hurt to go to the bathroom though. It is skin color. I noticed the soreness a couple of days ago. I have ibs and did have 2 days of terrible diarreha before this happened.

It may hemorrhoids or papilloma viral infection or acne or sentinel pile or infection like a boil.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your surgeon he will examine the local area and treat you accordingly.
