Lump In Lower Shoulder, Pain, Difficulty To Lift Hands. History Of Pain In Right Upper Arm Due To Yoga. No Help From Steroid Injections. Advice

Pain originally began in my right upper arm two years ago as a result, I thought, from yoga. Twice a doctor injected steroids, but it did not help, The arm is achy most of the time and I find it difficult to lift things with the arm. Even reaching behind my back to remove my bra is slightly painful. Now a bump /lump has developed and protrudes from the lower shoulder where the pain is located.

Any idea what this is. I was told it would heal. But it sure is taking a long time.

Hello friend,
It appears to be a frozen shoulder . Pain can radiate to the upper arm from the shoulder joint. The swelling/ lump/ bump can originate from the synovial cavity with the protrusion of the synovial membrane as it happens in some cases of ganglion of the wrist .
It s a very painful condition with stiffness of the shoulder joint and limitation of lifting things with the affected arm.
This is a constitutional problem and needs constitutional treatment.
Homoeopathic treatment can help you because in such cases Homoeopathy treats the individual first and then automatically his complaints will disappear.
Therefore approach an expert Homoeopath at the earliest.
Avoid any suppressive treatments as was done earlier by steroid injections.
With best wishes,
