Lump Above Knee, No Pain, Movable. What Could This Be?

Have a small lump above right knee . Lump is about 2-3 above knee. No pain at all. Lump is moveable. The lump is below the skin and can not be seen. You can only feel it with your fingers. If you pinch it you can lift it up and it slips through your fingers. It is about the size of a green pea. What could this be? It is kind of squishy like memory foam.
