Light Headed, Tingly Face And Tension In Forehead. Given Mono Few Months Back. Is That The Problem?

Hi a few months ago my little sister gave me mono and ever since I have not been the same! I feel tired all the time I get light headed a lot I can't concentrate or remember things like I use to. Now lately I have been having tension on the left upper side of my head and it is sensitive to the touch and it's usually a constant pain and sometimes make my face on the left side feel tense or tingly. I'm only 18 so I don't think I have any serious medical issue going on(I hope), but it's getting annoying and I would love to know if mono is the cause or I have another problem starting.

I went through the description. I suggest you not to worry too much. One dose of mono cannot create all these problems you are mentioning. Therefore, forget it. Just make sure you don't use mono again if you are more upset with it.

In fact, the problem could be your apprehension about mono. I suggest not to over involve in thoughts. You have so many other priorities such as study and career. Therefore concentrate on them and be happy.
