Last Night My Left Leg Felt A Little Numb--I Had

Last night my left leg felt a little numb--I had been sitting in one position alot. When I woke up this morning, the numbness was gone. Now I feel a little numb in my left forearm for 10 minutes, and right now my left hand feels a little numb and cold. What is this? Please say its not a stroke. three years ago I woke up and had a very short --like 3 seconds--tia. Went to the hospital but they found no blockage anywhere. Now the numbness is lessoning. What could this be?
