Last night I slept with a fan blowing on my head from about 6 feet away on max. This morning I woke up with a headache, throat hurt when I swalloed, and some yellow mucus when i tried to clear my throat. I believed the headache came from the wax left in my hair for hairstyling and sleeping with it inside my hair over night as that's happened before to cause my head to hurt. I quickly brushed my teeth, took a warm shower and ended it cold, and then ate a banana and drank a cup of milk and took Tylenol extra strengthm slept for about 5 hours. I woke up the somewhat tolerable headache was about 60% gone and now I feel a little lightheaded.

I'm gonna take another two pills of tylenol as the instructions instruct and then go to sleep early. I was wondering if this is allergies, the flu, the blowing from the fan last night, or fever? I don't feel hot. But I've been getting occasionally goosebumps. Now I feel fine except for my head feels a little off like those nights where you don't sleep enough, last night I slept from 2am to 12pm, but woke up a couple times in between.
