Knee Pain, Taking Ayurveda Medicine, ASO Titre Level Increased To 400IU, Cholesterol At Medium Risk. Treatment?

i am 40 year old woman i took ayurvedha medicine for the last 10 years i affect the knee pain for the last 10 years but now i could walk and stand and teach. but now my hand elbow affected the aso titre i took also ayurvedha medicine. now aso titre level has incresed the 400 iu. how to reduce the aso titre and please give the permanant remedy. Recent blood test report also tells the Cholostrol at medium risk. so give me suggestions.

I did not get it properly, ASO titre, if you done it before and first time and it came positive at that time, then it should have been treated accordingly, did you take any treatment fro that? if you did not have any treatment then first start the treatment for this, moreover once the titre detected, then it remains on certain level for a longer time even after the treatment, Ayurvedic treatment is good one but it should be given by the most qualified person, have nice day.
