Kindly Review The Blood Report Of A 3 Months Old And Suggest Action

My Baby is 3 Months old and recent blood report suggests - Moderate to Severe degree of Anisopoikocytosis seen. Target Cells, Sickle cells and nucleated WBCs are normak in number, morphology and distribution. No Abnormal cells noted. Please advise my next action

We have to rule out possibilities like sickle cell anemia and other blood disorders.
