Just Received Another Dose Of Ivig And They Always Check

Just received another dose of ivig and they always check my cbc and bmp before I start. I have primary selective igm deficiency, myloperliferated disorder, jak 2 mutatuion in my bone marrow including polycythemia Vera which mainly is my white blood cells (leukocytisis). My wbc ranges from 15-18 with lymphocytes usually being the highest. Well this check on Friday showed a wbc count of 20.9 with a huge shift in my eosinophil count to 19. No new s/s expect 3 large inguinal lymph nodes. They appeared about 3 weeks ago. My Dr placed me on antibiotics to see if the lymph nodes would go away and they haven't and now I have this new shift in my cbc. Just lost and wondering what my next step should be?
