I've Looked Up A Great Deal Of Information For This

I've looked up a great deal of information for this previously, but none of the issues I've read about sound like what I have going on? I have a red protruding bump about the side of a dime on my inner thigh. Very high up, very near my genitals. This is not the first time it has happened, but it's usually only once every several months. I think I may have been over a year since the last time. When pinched, the bump may produce a clear or white fluid, or potentially blood. They are painful and tender, and if touched often become purple bruises the next day. Each previous time, the bump went away after rupturing. There would be fluid and/or blood, and then a solid white mass that seemed a lot like... Fat? Comparing to animal fat from meat trimmings. And then possibly more fluid and usually more blood. It becomes a bruise for a day or two, somewhat itchy, until it heals. It is only one at a time, and usually in the same or same general spot. I'm not 100% sure. Thank you for your time. (I am female and currently 18, but these have happened for years.)
