I've had a sore throat and bad cough for 10 days now and it doesn't seem to be going away. The first 6 days I could barely talk and I would be left gasping and crying after coughing. At some point in those first few days I felt really bad pressure in my nose and had green and blood tinged mucus when I sneezed or coughed. At now the 10th day I can barely raise my voice if I try the whole left side of my throat hurts and I still have blood tinged mucus. At times there's pressure on my throat and feels like I'm not getting enough air. When I checked my throat there's a lot of dark red lines crisscrossing my throat with blue spots dotting it.
