I've caught a cold from a family member. She was only sick for 2 days, but I'm on day 5. I've one through a fever that broke around Saturday, and this morning I woke up with a horrible sore throat. Hot tea hasn't helped- not even my usual cure of hot miso. Cold fluid seems to help a little. It just seems odd for a sore throat to not be helped with warm fluids. It's stayed pretty much the same since 5 in the morning. What can I do to fix it?
