I've Been To The ER Twice Since The End Of

I've been to the ER twice since the end of August. The first time I had arm tingling, elevated heart rate, high blood pressure. They ran an EKG and my heart was fine. I was stable within a few hours so was sent home. I had more tingling so began setting a neurologist. I've had various tests including an MRI of my brain. I had another separate episode of elevated heart rate and some chest pain(not severe), which caused new to go to the WE a second time. Once again EKG was fine along with other blood tests including troponin. Things seemed too settle down, but I still don't feel 100% my usual self. I'm having chest pain again, which started the other day. I've been giving it time because it always turns out to be nothing. It isn't going away and my upper back is sore. I also feel like I'm starting to get a chest cold. Should I take myself to the ER again? I feel like I'm eating their time because all of my tests turn up normal.
