I've Been Taking Plavix (clopidogrel) For A Little Over 2

I've been taking plavix (clopidogrel) for a little over 2 years for my 1 stent. Since then I thought I had "turf toe" on my right big toe, getting worse. Now my shoulder really aches. I do not have gout, I'm 64, don't throw baseballs any more. I've seen commercials and talked with a few who say I need to be taking CoQ10 to ease my tiredness and joint pain as well as help the plavix. No other health issues. Are they right? I really don't want to take anything I don't really need but the pain makes it hard to walk freely and sleep with comfort.
