I've Been Having Mild To Moderate Pain Around My Lower-most

I've been having mild to moderate pain around my lower-most ribs on the left side for over a year now.
Atimes, One rib feels especially sore to touch by the side up to the rib close to the sternum
Massaging the rib makes the pain go away sometimes and Sometimes the entire region feels sore to the touch
It is slightly more painful when i eat full, take plenty of fluids or sitting down and rarely when i lie down on the side at night
Immediately below the left ribs and coming up towards the sternum, if you press the abdomen, you can feel something popping and there is some movements, like nodules or fibres or small mass
It's not painful if you press this area underneath the ribcage.Sometimes when I bend over or bend and twist, I feel the movement in there, like some nodules or fiber is moving. I feel the area to be a little bit stiff atimes
No constipation, no nausea, no flatulence, no abdominal distention as far as i can observe
What is your take on this?
