I've been having heart palpitations for a few hours now. I'm dizzy, and I'm weak. I'm 16 years old, female, I am on Minastrin (low estrogen birth control for cramps), and I have a history of moderate to severe depression and severe anxiety. I possibly also have some form of lupus, but I'll be tested soon, if that could help with a diagnosis. I believe it could just be an anxiety attack, as it's accompanied by the usual sick feeling in my gut, and acid reflux scorching my esophagus. I've never had one last this long, though. I'm beginning to worry.
