I've Been Having A Whole Range Of Symptoms. I Saw

I've been having a whole range of symptoms. I saw my doctor about them but as soon as I told him I'm an addict he just lectured me about the dangers of using drugs and when I told him I haven't been using drugs while having these symptoms he just wouldn't take me seriously. I told him I haven't used any drugs in the past 2 months and the only thing that I have put in my body is the medication that I'm taking II treat my addiction.
I am currently taking 6 mg of Suboxone per day and I am weaning myself off of it.

On March 28th I began feeling very light headed and out of it I began feeling short of breath and my heart started beating very hard. Some Instinct within me told me to drink water so I did everytime I drink water and I would burp I would feel a lot better after drinking a lot of water and peeing a lot all my symptoms finally went away enough that I could fall asleep. I was so extremely tired but I was scared to fall asleep. But after about 20 minutes I fell asleep anyway.
During the peak of my symptoms, my heart was beating so hard and it was racing so fast I knew I was about to pass out and I got ready to call nine-one-one I felt a pain in my shoulder and that pain suddenly shot quickly like a bolt of lightning through my arm and it towards my heart. Then I felt pressure on my back and this pressure turned into a warmth that spread to my heart and my heart started beating so fast I knew I was about to die so I dialed nine-one-one but then I let out a big burp and it finally slowed down from there my symptoms would pulsate. They would get better then get a little worse then get quite a bit better than just a little worse until they were finally gone.
The next day I had huge amount of gas being expelled that smells like rotten eggs. I burped and farted massive amounts but the more it left my body the better I felt. I had a very bad headache and a hoarse voice the entire day even though there was no reason I should have a hoarse voice I didn't yell or talk a lot the day before.

April 4th I felt the same light headed symptoms coming on my heart was beating hard again. I began drinking a lot of water again. Burping made me feel better but not near as much as the last time. Even though my heart was beating hard and never did be hard like the first time it never felt like I was having a heart attack like it did the first time. But this time I got a very very bad taste in my mouth a chemical taste. It was almost a numbing feeling. There were times when this numbness was spreading throughout my body in a pulsating fashion like a wave spreading and pulsating at the same time. After I would drink a lot of water I would throw it up less than two minutes later. When I threw the water back up it was no longer just water it was a thick clear mucus that tasted horrible. Very last time I threw up I threw up a huge amount, and finally some dark Brown stuff came up. After this I started feeling better and less sick but all my muscles all over started convulsing they were tight and I was shivering and I couldn't stop it I couldn't help it.
After about 5-10 minutes of all my muscles tensing up a lot and shivering they subsided and I felt a lot better but I still felt a bit light-headed. I felt loopy and Confused but I was so tired all I wanted to do is sleep. But I went to the ER and got myself checked out. I didn't have insurance and as soon as I mention that I take Suboxone they didn't seem to want to help. Hey listen to my heart and they ran some basic blood test and sent me home. The next day I felt normal.

Since those episodes I've had sore muscles in my forearms and hands even though I haven't used them for anything. I have had terrible coordination. I have played video games since I was a kid and I play guitar so my hands are very well-coordinated but lately I keep dropping things constantly sometimes my hands are shaky for no reason and my hands and arms get so tired so quickly. I am thin and have always been healthy but just climbing the stairs at my house makes my legs burn and makes me tired and out of breath.
The tendons in my arms are sensitive. There is a tendon on my foot that keeps lighting up when I walk it hurts when I step on the right place on my foot and it spreads throughout my foot.
I've had a few more episodes but none of them have had the light headed miss or confusion. I just feel out of breath and my heart starts beating hard and fast. Each time this happens I start drinking more water and when I burp I start feeling better after 20 minutes to an hour or two the symptoms subside and I feel better and then I just feel tired and want to sleep.
Over the last week or two I've been getting more and more tired I will sleep until noon and get up and be so hungry I will eat and eat and still be hungry after only being up for an hour or two sometimes I still feel like I'm awake or like I'm up for the day but then I will just fall asleep. I have no motivation and I seem to be depressed for no reason. Yet during all this just 3 days ago, I felt great for just one day I had so much energy I was very talkative and I felt social and I thought maybe I was getting back to my normal self. But then the next day I had another episode and now I'm tired again.

The only issues that I have found online that account for absolutely all of my symptoms are these
1. Thyroid problems
2. Serotonin toxicity... from taking the Suboxone possibly?

My question is this, do you see anything in these symptoms that would exclude thyroid problems or serotonin toxicity?
Is one condition more likely than the other?
What type of doctor should I go to to get these checked out? Because my general practitioner just wants to attribute my symptoms to drug use.
But I cannot be clear enough about this, although I have abused drugs in the past I have not been using drugs while experiencing these symptoms. I have only been taking the medication which is prescribed to me which again, is 6 mg of Suboxone per day.
