I've Been Going To PT For 3 Yrs Now For

I've been going to PT for 3 yrs now for rotator cuff overused. This past March I got another cortizone shot but I felt no difference. In mid May, my insurance hasn't pay PT, so they ask that I call my insurance and check the status before I come back again. For one week, I still worked cocktailing, but I felt the pain getting worse. Not only my arm, shoulder, neck, and headaches were getting worse. By Friday evening, I could barely lift my right arm; instead of going home, I took Ibuprofen 800, felt great, work the rest of the night. The next morning I woke up in pain and couldn't move my right arm. (I later learned that it's called frozen shoulder.) I went to Urgent Care, but nothing she could do but give me more Ibuprofen and leave note for my Orthopedic to see me right away. Monday I got in to see the doc. He said my rotator cuff shouldn't cause this arm to loose function. He decided to take xray of my neck. Spinal cord at neck was stiff straight, ordered MRI. MRI showed almost all of the discs are protruding into my spinal cord. (I can understand how that caused my headaches, pressure headaches, neck and shoulder pain.) He recommend surgery. How was that to affect my arm that I couldn't move. I decided to continue therapy for now. Got through insurance, n went back to PT. First, show little improvement. She stretched and massaged, right arm can move some but can't lift on its own. My grand-aunt took me to see a man that does accupressure massage. Help a lot but my arm can't move; before I left, he and his wife did the Asian coin rubbed on my arm, shoulder, and back. Told me to take some cold med and sleep. I didn't nap until in evening. Woke up and I could move my arm! I still have all the problems before the cold shoulder plus I'm constantly worried about my neck. I get no instruction about how to care for my neck; exercise or brace; what weight I can carry; etc. Now, my lower back is in pain too. Should I get the rest of my spine xray too? I am waiting to do surgery as last resort. Advice please.
