I've Been A Long Time User Of Marijuana. Recently This

I've been a long time user of marijuana. Recently this year (January) I rcvd deprovera birth control after the birth of my youngest. Then my second dose in March, then in April/May I got Pfizer covid vax. My problem is that, I can't seem to smoke marijuana anymore. Towards the end of March after my 2nd Depo shot I started getting what can only be described as "panic attacks" my heart would race a lil, my mood was sh*t, I was tired all the time, lots of hair falling out, and then after my 1st Pfizer jab in April I realized Everytime I smoked a lil grass it would bring a bout on of fast heart rate, dizziness, weakness and tremors in my hands. After my 2nd Pfizer jab in May it got worse, so I decided to stop the depo shot and not get another, however I wound up with severe chest pain (suspected myocarditis) from the Pfizer jab, I have tachycardia and chest pains daily now, I quit smoking grass altogether bc the way I would feel after smoking, I went 6m without smoking at all, when I tried to smoke again, same thing happened. I've never had a bad reaction to grass. I never smoked much either, I would usually take a couple of hits off a joint before bed daily as a way to relax and end the day. Is there some way the depo or vax could've affected my endocannabinoid system or something and affected the way my body reacts to marijuana. This is disheartening, I miss being able to relax at the end of the day, the stress I have w/no relief for months now is taking its toll and I do not want to be on any meds such as anti depressants or Xanax or anything bc that stuffs crap,. I'm wondering what could've happened that all of a sudden made my reaction to marijuana different? I've tried sticking to just sativa, or just indica and it seems I get the same reaction from both. But when I tried edibles it did not give me that reaction. What's going on in my system that could have caused this sudden onset of not reacting well to marijuana?
