Itching In Arm, Raised Red Mark, Recurring In Nature. What Is The Disease Called?

On one arm, upper by shoulder my arm is uncontrollably itch, wanting to scratch with a wire brush kinda itchy. There is only one small red mark slightly raised and no head or puss etc just, very slight you have to really look to see it but the itch is unbelievable on the entire area of the upper arm. It comes and goes when it wants???

Hi Dear
welcome to the HCM,
Eczehematoid Dermatitis is the provisional diagnosis based on the symptoms you narrated in your query.
Hope you will be better after application of some mild steroid like beclamethasone etc and some oral antiallergic medicine like levocetrizine.
Thanks
