Itchiness In Throat And Vallate Papillae, Greasiness In Mouth, All Food Seem Spicy. How Can I Cure This?

hello i am feeling throat or tongue infection. whatever i am eating i feel that its too much spicy for few minute.. i feel scratch between my throat and the vallate papillae, i think may be its become some bigger in size. so they are scratching to my throat, can you please help me treat this.? i also found my mouth greasy from 2-3 days. after i came back from my travel in last week.

i have gone through your question, the features looks like you have fissured tongue superadded with candidal infection (fungal) which can cause burning sensation...use of candid mouth paint will help you..use topical anesthetic like anabel or mucopain gel can be used before consuming food that reduces burning sensation....you should also get your blood investigations to rule out anemia, in anemia anemic stomatitis can also cause this kind of condition...so maintain good oral hygiene, consume more fruits and vegetables, do saline gargling twice daily for a week..
