Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Some women do have white discharge just before their periods. It is not a sign of pregnancy. Cramps, head ache and nausea are part of premenstrual symptoms. Nausea and cramps can be due to pregnancy too. Therefore if you miss your period, get a pregnancy test done.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, contact me through Healthcare Magic.

Best wishes,
Dr Rama
