Is Vomiting And Fever Side Effect Of Cifran And Pan-d?

Hi This is Ravi. Write Now I am using the medicines CIFRAN and PAN-D 40. I am exepericing mild fever in most of the times in a day and also exeperincing vomting sensation.Is this signs are sideeffects for the medicines used? when i consult a doctor for this issues ,they are taking reading of body temparture at that time i am not having any fever.Please Help me

No, none of the two medicine cause vomiting. Rather Pan D will help you get rid of vomiting. Since how long you are using Cifran & Pan D and why are you using?
You yourself keep a thermometer with you. Whenever you feel feverish, measure it yourself and not down some where. Prepare a 7 days temperature chart and then contact us or visit your doctor.
Till then take plenty of water with added electrolytes.
