Is Vivid Dreams And Heart Racing Sign Of Withdrawal From Marijuana?

Hi I smoked marijuana heavy since I was 15. I'm 36 now and I stopped about a month ago since I've had very vivid dreams every night and I wake up around 4:30am every morning and my mind is racing I can't get back to sleep and this makes me very tired all day. Is this normal? Will it stop?
