Is Use Of Taxim-o Dry Syrup Safe For Infants With Loose Motion?

Hi, my daughter is 1year and three months old and from last one month is suffering from loose motion. Earlier on doctors suggestion were given Z&D DS 20,entrogeimna and power Gyl but dere was no improvement. Now doctor has suggested taxim-o dry syrup 5 ml for three days. kindly suggest taxim-o syrup is safe for baby health.she is loosing weight also.
