Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your query tight feeling in throat along with difficulty in swallowing in morning with no symptoms of cough and cold does not look like an Upper Respiratory tract infection and looks more like either Silent reflux or Laryngopharyngeal reflux or Gastroesophageal reflux disease commonly known as Acid reflux and in some individuals it occurs more at night due to posture which causes more of reflux activity..
You should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and in case if acid reflux is suspected he can advise you to get upper G.I endoscopy done to confirm the cause and if it is confirmed he can advise you to take proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole/omeprazole, H2 blocker like Ranitidine, taking antacids like Calcium carbonate or Milk of magnesia and take small frequent meals, drink plenty of water, eat atleast 2 hours before sleeping, take short walk after meals and sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
