Is Travelling Safe While Suffering From Placenta Previa During Pregnancy?

Hi,I have complete placenta previa that has been detected on my 20th week. I am still seeing brown discharge (old blood) feeling cramps at all times of the day. I have a trip on my 24th week. Is it safe to travel? What are my options ? What could possibly happen if I travelled. It will be a 20 hours flight one way, and will be back on my 28th week. This is my first pregnancy, haven t had any surgeries before.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the placenta previa completely covering the internal oss then it is advisable to have complete rest and traveling may not be advisable, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
