Is Traveling By Air Safe While Having COPD And Yeast Infection In Lungs?

I m non-HIV immunocompromised. Have mycobacterium avium complex, COPD, also yeast in lungs along with scars that may be holding aspergillus (had aspergillus and norcardia in lungs 2014). Waiting on cultures from mayo but taking 200mg v- fend twice daily now as a beginning. Need to fly from Denver to Sacramento for family urgency. Am I safe to travel on southwest airline ?
