Hello Doctor I have done Semen Analysis and my report as follows: Liquification time : More than one hour Colour: Opaque grey Reaction&pH : Alkaline (pH: 8.0) Volume : 3.5 ml Viscosity: Normal Total Sperm count : 94.8 million/ml Motility (PR) : 70% Motility (NP) : 10% Immobile : 20% Head morphology : Normal head : 80% Pin head : 5% Amorphous head : 5% Head defects : 10% Tail morphology : Normal tail : 75% Short tail : 10% Tail defects : 15% Neck morphology : Normal neck : 90% Swollen neck : 10% Pus cells : 15-20 RBC : Nil Macrophages : 1-2 Epithelial cells : 1-2 Crystals : Nil Married for 6 months and not able to conceive my wife

thank you for asking the question
you are married for only 6 months and you are worried that you are not able to conceive your wife
first thing i want to tell you that your semen analysis report is normal. so no need to worry about semen analysis.
second thing is that wait for a year and do a unprotected sex for a year and still there is no pregnancy then and then think about laboratory tests to rule out the cause.
so within 6 months don't loose the faith and wait for 6 more months.
