Is This Dosage Of Vitamin-D3 Advisable While On Shelcal?
I am taking shelcal hd 500 plus vitamin D3 daily must 2k. I was deficient in D3 was 5.37 as against minimum 30. I want to ask whether the D3 that I am taking now is the correct amount or excess? Is it better to take cal mag D (amway product) in lieu of shelcal) please advise. Thanks!

You can take vitamin D at a dosage of 2000 ui per day for a month. This dosage is recommended on order to brink the vit D back to normal.
