Is There Something To Worry If My Child Pass Stool 4 Times A Day?

Hello doctor. My son is 4 months old. I give only mother feed to him. From his birth itself he used to pass the motion 2days 1ce. And now for the past 4days he passes 4 times a day, and that is little greeny and a bit watery too. Is that any serious problem???.

Greetings of the day

If the baby is accepting feeds well, sleeping for 1-2 hours after every feeds and is passing urine adequately then there is nothing serious.
Green stools sometime occurs in babies due to rapid transit of intestinal contents which should normalize in the next week.
There is absolutely no cause for concern, continue giving exclusive breast feeding till 6 months of age.
