Is There Any Side Effects For Getting Pregnant Soon After Abortion?

I got pregnant last march but due ti some complications my doctor had told me that i had better abort it. She haf given me the unwanted kit n it worked. she had adviced that i should wait for a year after i try to get pregnant again. This time i am but i have not completed a year after the last incident. Are the going to be any side effects thats gonna harm the baby?

Usually not unless you have other medicalconditions affecting the pregnancy.
Also if you had any complication with the abortion process and procedure.
