Is There Any Risk If There's A Scar Tissue Built Around A Glass Cut Injury?

HI A bit of glass went into my hand, caused a 3cm scar, tissue built around the glass, and it feels like a ball in the web of my finger, and when i touch this "ball" it feels like it grabbed onto a nerve because it hurts the top of my finger, how serious is this, can i take it out myself, what the hell

its better get an x-ray done to localise if there is actually any glass or not.coz so many times its a secondary response to tissue injury. and if its present better consult local surgeon over there rather than removing by urself because it may lead to incomplete removal which can further complicate t picture
