hi i am 53 ys 69kg w i am diabetic from 25ys my doctor give me 2mg Amaril in morning and 2mg amaril after dinner yesterday before i take 4mg Amaril with breakfast and 500 mg gulocophyge 15 min after breakfast and 500mg gulocophyge after diner but my suger level is out of conterol between 250mg and 180mg no after taking 2mg Amaril morning and 2 mg after dinner four hours after diner my feets burn and feel uncomfirt so i chake gulocose level it is 380mg what i will do next.

Glimepiride(Amaryl) as only 12 hrs of actions. Since your have missed the night dose the blood sugar has increased.
So follow the medicines as advised by your doctor.
Proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole can be used for 2 weeks for gastric discomfort.
Consult your doctor to evaluate for gastric discomfort.
