Is There Any Relation Between Nasal Polyps And Agent Orange Exposure?

Hello, My name is Norman and i would like to know if you have heard of any relations of nasal polyps and agent orange exposure. I served in Vietnam in 68-69. I have had polyps surgically removed three times and am checked yearly to see if any cancer has formed

hi Norman. in my opinion nasal polyposis develops when nasal mucosa have been exposed to some product for long term and having allergy to it. it seems you have allergy to agent orange. polyposis is known to recur again and again. I would like to recommend topical steroid spray, as they help in reducing their size and prevent inflammation. there are negligible chances for malignancy to develop in polyps. you shouldn't worry about it.
