Is There Any Kind Of Food That Can Help Me To Pass Hard Stools For Stool Test?

Hi, I have had 19 days of soft stool / diahrhia. Frequent, involuntary trips to the toilet. Painful lower abdomen. Saw a physician 3 days ago, provided a stool sample. No results yet. Is there any FOOD I can eat that would give a more solid stool sample?

Hello,

The food appropriate in diarrhea will not be suffice to stop diarrhea.

The 19 days of diarrhea can cause electrolyte loss and weakness.

So I suggest you drink lots of water.
Take ORS or vital Z with water frequently.
Don't take excess spicy foods.
Take soft and Bland diet more.

According to stool culture report antibiotic should be prescribed to you.

Hope I have answered your question

Let me know if I can assist you further
