hi welcome ,
doing masturbation now and then when you are so much excited will not harm you.
if excess it will definitely affect your health in bad way.
to increase your sex capacity no need to take medicines.
only practice some exercises which will increase your concentration and reduce tension.
along with this some food supplements which prescribed by ayurveda are there.

Hello witcher;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Mastrubation normally does not do any physical harm to a persons body but it surely affects the mental part if it is done as a habit.The problem is if you develop it as a habit you can lose concentration in daily work like studies;work etc so please do it whenever you get excited but do not make it a habit.Also regarding the time it is like when you are habituated to mastrubation you tend to get over excited and that leads to early ejaculation so do not worry it your sex capacity will remain same.
